Job Title: Event Sales Manager

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Base $75K+ commission + full benefits

Position Overview:

A global restaurant group with deep Mediterranean roots is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Manager for their Miami Beach location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and lead private and semi-private event sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in Miami, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to execute high-end events from initial inquiry through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new event sales and revenue through outreach, networking, and relationship-building within the Miami market.
• Manage all aspects of event sales including semi-private dining, full buyouts, and large-scale celebrations.
• Create and manage BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and ensure timely and accurate communication with the culinary and F&B operations teams.
• Host site visits, create compelling proposals, and follow up with leads to convert interest into booked events.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate, social, and industry clients to foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support event promotion and successful execution.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from planning to execution, with a high-touch service mentality.
• Track inquiries, sales goals, and event metrics to report on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of event sales experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Experience writing and managing BEOs and working closely with F&B teams.
• Proven success in booking and managing luxury-level events and buyouts.
• Strong local network and presence in the Miami hospitality or events scene.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of event management software and CRM systems is a plus.
• A genuine passion for Mediterranean food, culture, and guest experience.
